2 Infusions in MCT (Fractionated Coconut Oil) combined ! The first is raw Arnica Montana Flowers; the second is St John's Wort Flowers. Then I strained out the fibers and combined the finished infusions with beeswax, shea and cocoa butters etc to create this salve. I made this to loosen my tensed up muscles.
INGREDIENTS: ARNICA MONTANA & ST.JOHNS WORT INFUSED IN MCT, SHEA BUTTER, COCOA BUTTER, BEESWAX, VITAMIN E, CASTOR OIL, MENTHOL, ESSENTIAL OILS (WHITE CAMPHOR, ORANGE, WINTERGREEN)

What a Wonderful little salve! This is very soothing, and I love the hint of citrus scent. I will definitely be getting my uses out of this! Feels wonderful, especially on my knees and feet! It is awesome having a quality balm handy when I need some extra TLC, especially one that has so many benefits (and all natural) you can feel the thoughtfulness and love that went into making this! 💚
I love the smell it reminds me of my childhood how long does it take to work
So far it has eased my knees aches.
