The medium grit toothpaste is so good at getting rid of plaque, and makes my teeth whiter, smoother feeling. I use it every night or just whenever I feel like I need a little extra cleaning. If youre wanting to try a natural toothpaste, these combined are incredible together!

Cinnamon taste needs a boost as it’s not strong enough . Agave sugar would make it more pleasant . I was looking for a gritty paste to rid plaques , the paste is too smooth & hard, tube wouldn't distribute as it should be creamy.
