100% natural, fluoride-free, unsweetened, with no sugar alcohols (like Xylitol).
The base of this toothpaste is coconut oil liquid soap (made by me). The food grade gritty components are diatomaceous earth and baking soda. Bentonite clay is mineral rich and smooths the grit. Magnesium Oil, Vitamin E and the Essential Oils are gum and tongue friendly.
Since making and using my own toothpaste, I've had less plaque buildup and no tea or coffee stains. I use the mild grit version twice daily. Stay tuned for a heavy grit version for occasional use to scrub down stubborn stains. I don't know if this will work for you. It is not dermatologist tested.

I have only been using this along with the medium grit toothpaste all week and my mouth even feels better and cleaner. It has helped so much with dry mouth, makes my teeth feel so smooth and I have had less plaque. I am really blown away at how well this toothpaste works and knowing that its so much healthier to use makes it that much better! Alone it works wonders but when you add in the medium grit it just steps the game up even more! Never would have thought a natural toothpaste could be this good! Literally have not used regular toothpaste since and have had zero issues, only benefits! Miss Lee knows exactly what she is doing with every product she makes so do not be afraid to give this a try. It may take a little getting used too but it is definitely worth it! I dont think I can go back to regular toothpaste now.
